Hyundai Model Comparisons

Most people shopping a Hyundai are also looking at a Kia, a Nissan, or a Toyota, and that is a reasonable thing to do. Rather than tell you what to think, we put the specifications side by side so you can see where the differences actually are. In most segments, the decision comes down to three things: cargo shape and usable space, what technology is standard rather than optional, and warranty terms.

Every comparison below lists the model year for both vehicles. Specifications reflect manufacturer figures published at the time each page was written and are subject to change, so confirm anything decision-critical with us before you buy.

The Three Things That Usually Decide It

Manufacturer specifications are useful, but they do not always tell you what ownership will actually be like. When you are comparing two vehicles, these three areas deserve more attention than a long list of numbers.

Usable cargo space Total cubic feet is a poor proxy for whether your stroller fits. Bring the thing you actually need to carry and try it in the cargo area. We will hold the vehicle while you do.
Standard versus optional Two vehicles can advertise the same feature where one includes it on the base trim and the other requires a package on a higher trim. Compare at the trim you would actually buy.
Warranty terms Hyundai's limited warranty includes 10 years or 100,000 miles of powertrain coverage for original owners, along with 5 years or 60,000 miles of new vehicle coverage. Terms and conditions apply. See Hyundai warranty details and compare against what the other brand offers.
